This role is responsible for enhancing the organizational understanding of our different types of customers, competitors, and business environment in APAC. This person will involve in the coordination of correspondence, data collection, analysis and reporting. Focusing and supporting different aspects of marketing functions include but not limited to: Marketing research and analysis, New product launching, Marketing communication, Marketing events/seminars, adaptation of communication tools to local context, to countries.

  • Conducts market and products research, statistical report and analysis to support strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives.
  • Be involved and support the business plan for APAC region (without China).
  • Propose and support in the development and execution of marketing regional strategies for product launches.
  • Initiate, launch and organize market data research and analysis on some specific projects, which are normally linked to new products, potential business needs, and competition activity.
  • Proactively monitor market trend and new movements, networking with industry experts and associations, to provide marketing insights, innovation trends.
  • Coordinate communication events and activities such as seminar/ exhibition etc.
  • Work closely with digital for developing the right message on products.
  • Participate and visit customer for proactive presentation.
  • Work with the team to ensure all marketing activities are being implemented properly and performing smoothly.
  • Being responsible for designing and developing of regional marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with plants and industrial for studying new concepts and new products.
  • Launch new products testing their performance.
  • Benchmark with main competitors’ products.
  • Perform other administrative duties that may be assigned.


Qualifications
Experiences and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred majors in market research, marketing, business, science, or related discipline. Master/MBA’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience, preferably with a multinational company.
  • Related experience in food / ingredient industry is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Team work spirit, and self-motivated.
  • Has the ability to build and manage multiple projects.
  • Client service oriented.

Additional Information
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Full proficiency in English is required.
  • Competence in French or additional Asian language skills optional.
  • Good knowledge of SAP (incl. C4C CRM), Microsoft office.
