Tasks

Your responsibilities and duties may include the following:

• Strategically developing the assigned products in alignment with the overall strategy of Lufthansa Technik in the Asia Pacific.
• Defining the overall guidelines around the product, including product features, calculation premises and business plan template. Train and assist Product Sales and Account Management in offering the product to the customer.
• Develop new product features and create the go-to-market strategy in alignment with regional and global sales organizations.
• Prioritize and implement product development ideas. Align the product's overall growth path with the segment's strategy. Monitor the product's success and regularly report the product status to all relevant stakeholders.
• Drive digitalization of assigned product/portfolio.

Requirements

The ideal Product Manager must fulfill the following requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience required in product management and/or product development and 3 years of relevant professional experience in aviation and/or aviation maintenance sector.
• Excellent spoken and written English language.
• Knowledge of an Asian language or German advantageous.
• High degree of intercultural competency and strong understanding of Asian cultures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to travel to Germany and extensively within Asia.
