• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology;
• Minimum 6 years of product lifecycle management using agile methodologies;
• Ability to scope and follow through detailed technical tickets;
• Understand digital and offline marketing principles and able to support marketing and growth team;
• High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork;
• Strong analytical skills, and possess good people management skills;
• Strong communication and presentation skills and great prioritization skills;
• Meticulous and with an eye for detail;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in insurance or financial products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision;
• Design and execute A/B tests and implement methods to continuous improve products\xe2\x80\x99 performance;
• Synthesize customer feedback, findings from user research and other market insights and distill them into the roadmaps and feature lists;
• Create and track product KPIs that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s values and commercial objectives;
• Drive user adoption of the solution and expand product market reach;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, workshops and demo sessions to increase product understanding internally and externally;
• Run grooming sessions before each sprint planning, mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the product team to ensure readiness of products;
• Ensure product milestones are achieved according to timeline and pre-determined scope;
• Work closely with various team to communicate accurately the product values and prioritize customer feedback in the roadmaps.
