Job Description

Job PurposeYou will be part of a dynamic team that plans, executes, and maintains new business technology projects for Stellar Lifestyle. This includes negotiations with technology and business partners and finalising commercial agreements. You will also be expected to develop, implement, and maintain new upcoming projects. The role will necessitate researching and monitoring the competitive landscape for strategic insights and development opportunities.ResponsibilitiesYou should have diverse experience in product planning and project management. Your responsibilities include:

• Build new opportunities with technology and business partners and develop potential collaborations with tangible results
• Formulate and implement business technology projects
• Project manage and ensure delivery of results and timeliness
• Translate data trends and analysis into execution plans to reap business growth
• Provide project and P&L reports for management
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Preferably have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience in a product and project management role with a proven record in delivering business technology projects on time with measurable outcomes
• Experience in data analytics will be considered favourably; prior experience with real estate, retail and/or advertising experience will be useful
• Degree in Technology Business / Business Management or related field preferred

Skills

• Familiarity with Agile Development / SCRUM Frameworks and relevant areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any project tracking tools
• Keen business acumen and a good understanding of commercial, risk and compliance matters
• Assertive, meticulous and comfortable working independently in an ever-changing, ambiguous environment
• Proven skills in leading project teams
• Good analytical writing and presentation skills;
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to speak to English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
