Job Overview As a Product Manager for Unsecured Line of Credit Product, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to execute tactical product campaigns and manage BAU activities to maintain product competitiveness, increase profitability and contribute to the overall goals of Cards & Unsecured Lending. 1.Contribute to plans and implement strategies to grow the unsecured line of credit business for overall profitability
Work with stakeholders to roll out tactical campaigns with good understanding of portfolio customer behavior
Think out of the box to devise mechanics to excite and activate existing base
Develop & maintain communication materials & marketing calendar planning
2.Day to day product management duties
Attend to product inquiries and work with operations & technical teams to close any outstanding matters
To regularly conduct competitors\xe2\x80\x99 analysis to review existing product features and identify new areas of improvements
3.Work with relevant channel managers to enable full digitalization and make improvements to facility application processes
Tap on digital channels, formulate and execute acquisition campaigns to attract new signups
Fine tune and further digitize application front- end interface.
Work with external digital partners to create awareness and onboard
To formulate and execute usage campaigns via digital channels to entice usage from new to bank customers
To formulate and execute activation campaign to activate dormant customers, maintaining a healthy ratio of active customers.
Digitize and automate customer delivery and fulfillment processes for usage and marketing campaigns
4.Strategically manage cost and pricing to improve profitability of portfolio
Look for opportunities to streamline cost
Propose pricing & promotional campaign mechanics
Nimble price benchmarking to market and cost change
Monitor NIM of unsecured line of credit and price reasonably to ensure business maintains its profitability
Job Requirements
Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of experience in unsecured lending
Understanding of key business drivers and competitive trends in the unsecured lending market
Analytical and good strategic thinking to leverage on data & formulate strategy
Self-driven and has strong interpersonal skills
Good stakeholder management skills and able to collaborate and work well within a team.
Strong presentation skills both written and oral
Excellent communication & influencing skills
