We are in search of a Product Manager to lead all Cable Tray Systems product line performance.

Their portfolio includes a wide range of products and services for the electrical, aerospace, vehicle, and eMobility industries. The company\'s electrical products include circuit breakers, switches, transformers, and power distribution systems.

We are in search of a Product Manager to lead all Cable Tray Systems product line performance.

We are open to any individual who has product management/ product marketing experience for Mechanical product in an Electrical environment.

Description

• Management, rationalization, and development of Cable Tray Systems products: This includes the overall management of the Cable Tray Systems product line, as well as the rationalization of the product portfolio to ensure that it is aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives. The development of new products is also a key part of this responsibility, as is the improvement of existing products through NPI, VAVE, and cost-out initiatives.
• Growth and penetration of all Cable Tray Systems NPI products: This involves ensuring that new Cable Tray Systems products are successfully launched and achieve their sales goals. This includes activities such as training sales teams, developing marketing materials, and conducting customer demonstrations.
• Business development plans: This includes developing and executing plans to grow the Cable Tray Systems business through new customer acquisition, market expansion, and upselling/cross-selling to existing customers.
• Pricing and margins: This involves setting competitive prices for Cable Tray Systems products and managing margins to ensure that the business is profitable. This also includes tracking quote win/loss rates to identify areas for improvement.
• Market research, analysis, and competitive benchmarking: This involves gathering information about the Cable Tray Systems market, including customer needs, competitive offerings, and industry trends. This information is used to formulate product strategy by region.

Profile

The successful candidate must have the following criteria:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other relevant studies
• Minimum 10 years of product management/ product marketing experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
