This Product Manager role is based within the Group Finance Systems team, alongside other S4 Product Managers. The role holder is expected to partner with Global Supply Chain teams spanning multiple regions, each with their own challenges and opportunities. About the role As Senior S4 Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and prioritising system enhancements to Dyson\xe2\x80\x99s S4 HANA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the following areas: Order To Cash (OTC), Supply Chain, Manufacturing and EDI Interfaces. You will develop a vision for S4 development that considers Dyson\xe2\x80\x99s evolving business needs and collaborate with Dyson\xe2\x80\x99s Global IT function, business stakeholders, and end users to align system enhancements with this vision. This will require you to review, challenge and prioritise system enhancement proposals to ensure the highest impact proposals can be delivered with available resources, in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include...

• Developing a vision for OTC, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and EDI S4 HANA capabilities that supports delivery of Dyson\xe2\x80\x99s overall short, medium and long-term objectives.
• Leading regular working groups with global/regional business stakeholders to align on existing system enhancement roadmaps and new requirements.
• Validating business requests to enable benefit realisation and links to key objectives.
• Prioritising and ranking new requests within existing backlogs, ensuring alignment with IT Delivery Lead, to support delivery and deployment of enhancement requests.
• Liaise with other Product Owners to ensure system integration and business capabilities are aligned across all S4 HANA modules.
• Actively participate in larger SAP initiatives as a subject matter expert and represent Dyson business teams as it relates to the role of SAP S4 for OTC, Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes
• Understanding the requirements and constraints of key IT Functions - Solution Architecture; Business Analysis; Quality Assurance - to identify to align deliverables and remove barriers to execution.

About you You will be able to demonstrate experience in most of the following areas:

• Working with SAP ERP systems as either a Product Owner, Process Owner, Super User, or experienced End User.
• Translating business strategy into a system product strategy and roadmaps.
• Working on SAP projects, providing subject matter expertise and guidance to business and project teams.
• Understanding of at least one of the following process areas:
  • Order to Cash (OTC)
  • Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing
  • EDI capabilities for Sales and Logistics
• Learning new skills on the job.
• Working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
