Job Description


The Opportunity:The client is a global manufacturer of medical devices, specially catered for home use. Their products include blood pressure monitors, thermometers, nebulizers, and pain relief devices, all designed to promote healthier lifestyles and improve patient care.This role involves analyzing market data to identify trends and overseeing the launch of new products.

  • 15%: Take responsibility for selecting products for the Singapore market, collaborating with the product team to determine which SKUs should be introduced.
  • 75%: Prepare for product launches, design packaging, and oversee stakeholder management. Work with RA and sales team to register products in local markets.
The Job: * Strategic Marketing Support:
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns to drive growth within product categories.
  • Collaborate with local marketing managers, sales teams, and business partners to implement brand activation plans, focusing on key elements such as promotion, pricing, distribution, and product offerings.
  • Market Research Assistance:
  • Support the collection and analysis of market research data to assess current market trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in generating market insights, including conducting market landscape analyses, and tracking market share.
  • Product Category Support:
  • Help monitor and track product category performance, including market penetration and sales outcomes.
  • Contribute to identifying new market opportunities by collaborating with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers.
  • New Product Development Support:
  • Assist in coordinating the full lifecycle of new product development, from research and design to pricing, marketing, sales, and distribution.
  • Support the successful implementation of new product launches to ensure timely and effective market entry.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Act as a key liaison between the OHQ product planning team, R&D, OHS sales, supply chain, and QA/RA/TCS teams for product-related initiatives.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure the cohesive execution of product strategies.
  • Budget Management Assistance:
  • Support the execution of marketing plans within the approved budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Collaboration and Implementation:
  • Assist in the execution of new product launch activities in close collaboration with OHQ, sales, supply chain management, and QA/RA/TCS teams.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of product strategies through effective cross-functional support.
The Talent:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product marketing or customer/market research, preferably with physical products.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing projects effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn, self-motivated, with strong communication skills.
