  • Product owner of UX unification track leading the whole UI / UX revamp in MSTA
  • End to end solutioning and delivery of all initiatives in MSTA
  • Responsible for the documentation and interpretation of business processes, products and services.
  • Liaison between business stakeholders and IT / vendor
  • Build capabilities that deliver the most benefits to customers and operations within the committed budget. Ensure capabilities are reusable, expandable and sustainable
  • Unblock challenges throughout the life cycle of implementing a capability such as solutioning, development, testing and implementation leveraging on the knowledge he/she has from business and IT
  • Keep up to date of new technologies and capabilities in the industry to enable benchmarking against own solutions for continuous improvement
  • Ready to assist and cover the Product Owners in their absence and drive the squad to deliver committed initiatives
  • Set up framework and governance in running the squad
  • Communicate to all affected stakeholders as and when there are new capabilities to be launched
  • Responsible in working with Incident Management team to resolve systems issues / gaps impacting customers and operations
  • Lead systems related process changes and/or gap implementations
  • Develop strong project management skills, strong execution skills to ensure projects and deliverables are on track
Skills for Success:
  • Degree / Diploma
  • 3 years of experience in call centre related operations role
  • At least 2 years of experience in systems operations and project management.
  • Acquired experience as a business lead in systems related projects using different methodologies, agile, hybrid and waterfall approaches
  • Proficient in agile methodologies
  • Proven records of Project Management skills with strong execution experience
  • Strong analytical/ negotiation and conflict resolution skill
  • Strong stakeholder Management
  • Proficient in planning
  • Competency in MS office
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong in execution
  • Good presentation skills
