Role Responsibilities

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have to work with markets for monetization of the digital capabilities driving customer acquisition and deepening of the relationship. The candidate is expected to have solid command of Martech stack to drive digital sales of retail banking products and services by cross-selling and deepening through digital channels. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, own and execute product roadmap with prioritization, and backlog, ensuring the product meets customer needs.
  • Achieve business goals and manage stakeholder relationships to align expectations, prioritisation and overall product roadmap.
  • Utilize martech tools to optimize the digital journeys across all digital channels.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and feedback, translating this into product requirements and features.
  • Analyse and monitor product metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and data analysts, to bring new products and features to market.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation and growth.
  • Track and report P&L though digital acquisition and deepening.
  • Review processes for optimisation of technical stack and automation of back-end processes for end-to-end straight through processes.
Risk Management
  • Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group as well as managing them.
  • Responsible to interpret the Group\xe2\x80\x99s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
Governance
  • Awareness and Understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
  • Collaboratively work with internal stakeholders and local regulators to address governance issues.
Regulatory & Business Conduct:
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Takes personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital banking, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products and services.
  • Good understanding of retail banking products such as deposits, credit card, loans, wealth and financials drivers.
  • Strong understanding of P&L and how the various levers impact the profitability.
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics, DTM, Adobe Target, CMS, Pega RTIM, Adobe Campaign Manager.
  • Good understanding of SEO, CRO and SEM.
  • Good understanding of digital experience on web and mobile.
  • Experience with Martech tools to drive digital sales of credit cards, loans, wealth, cross-selling, deepening, digital user experience, and digital channels.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use analytics and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
