Job Description
Description: The Product Owner is responsible for collaborating with the business users and coordinating development and technology work with the technology teams. The Product Owner is also responsible for end-to-end software development of the domain and ensuring business needs are delivered within scope, schedule, budget, and quality. The Product Owner must be a subject matter expert in the Payments domain and familiar with both the business and technical needs. Responsibilities:
- Identifying, tracking, and communicating project progress, milestones, deliverables, changes, and dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues, and risks.
- Managing performance and providing technical advice, guidance, and training.
- Coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholder management.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and oversee preparation and support for new/modified applications.
- Payment domain knowledge is a must!
- 12+ years experience in project and change management
- Project Management certification preferred
- Self-starter with excellent leadership and team building skills
- Ability to resolve problems creatively
- Experience and confident in managing senior stakeholders
