Plan selling activities for the assigned territories, identify potential clients through research, networking, and various prospecting methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and keeping them informed of updates and promotions.
Work to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company.
Effectively present and demonstrate the value proposition of the offered products or services to clients during sales pitches, trade shows, or other opportunities.
Discuss contractual terms with clients, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and the subsequent satisfactory fulfillment of client\' orders.
Coordinate with the marketing, product development, applications, technical service, administration support and finance departments to ensure full client satisfaction and convey customer feedback for improvements.
Effectively make use of \xe2\x80\x9cSalesforce\xe2\x80\x9d (CRM software) to keep detailed records of selling activities, maintain an updated customer database, and report on sales performance to management in timely fashion.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed of market developments, competitors\' activities and products\' information to remain competitive and effective in addressing customers and their needs.
