A global leading smart energy management company who owns the world's largest Energy IoT platform, EnOS™ is hiring! They have regional offices across Asia, Europe, North and Latin America and has established global R&D and engineering centres in Denmark, Germany, Singapore and the United States. The Global Digital Hub has been set up in Singapore in early 2018, partnering with Ascendas, Singbridge Group, Sunseap Group, the Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore, and the Nanyang Technological University. The AI/IoT capacity developing in this Digital hub will be a key base for the business. Due to the rapid expanding of the business, they are seeking for a Product Support Engineer who is detail-oriented, proficient with Web and Containerization technologies, and who flourishes in high-pressure environments. Your responsibilities include upgrading and improving operating environments, creating repair strategies, and providing technical support and training for users. Responsibilities:

• Help applications developed by company go to production
• Provide governance in application maintenance and software deployment
• Coordinate between product, project, customer for product related issues
• Feedback issues to product teams for better product enablement
• Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
• Build capability as domain SME in both IT and business knowledge. e.g. Smart City
• Providing training and support to other O&M team member and partners
• Responsible for the healthiness of applications in production
• Updating any software where necessary
• Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent
• 2-5 years' experience in Application Maintenance
• Hands-on experience on Linux commands, web debugging skills and issue investigation
• VMware and/or Azure experience will be a big plus.
• Able to handle fast moving technology trend.
• Domain experience is a plus (Smart City, Renewables)
• Open mind to learn new technology and embrace new areas in a fast-growing organization
• Team player with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines.
• Highly versatile and adaptable to changes, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment, and able to cross multiple functions.
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin speaking and reading would be a big plus.
• Take ownership of what you work on. Self-driven and self-esteem as a silo in the O&M and Infrastructure governance structure
• Operations mindset, able to balance short-term workaround to resolve production issue vs long-term sustainable resolution
