Our Innovation Squad is an in-house team that works in close collaboration with our business groups to design and build services and digital products for social impact. You will be working closely with a Design Lead, Tech Lead and Organisational Development Lead, as part of an experienced group of experts bringing in new capabilities and ways of working. You will be part of one of the first teams in Singapore to use tech, design, product management and OD, to solve for the most complex social issues and bring about meaningful change.

What does a Product Lead do?

As a Product Lead, you ensure that we're solving for the right problems. You build a shared vision for what the solution should be, and you prioritise what needs to be done in order to get the team there.

What this looks like in the day-to-day:

  • Set and define the product strategy and positioning, working closely with the CEO and Heads of business groups
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, making trade-offs amongst user experience, business and technical priorities
  • Identify key hypotheses/risk areas and test them early
  • Define appropriate metrics that inform the success of products and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to gain insights
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate key decisions for their support
  • Drive the adoption of agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups etc.
Who we are looking for
  • At least 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in product management
  • Excited to apply your skills to create social impact in a meaningful way
  • Excellent with analysing data. SQL is a bonus
  • Can analyse and use data to solve problems
  • Proven track record of working with influencing senior management and multiple stakeholders
  • Solid communication skills
  • Proactive, has a strong drive to get things done and the tenacity to debate and learn
  • Can work effectively within a cross-functional team
Overall, we're looking for someone with the ability and experience, the initiative to push for change, and a passion to bring care to vulnerable communities in Singapore.

Qualifications:

Min Degree in Business Admin, Computer Science or relevant fields
