About Our Client
The client is a fast growing pharmaceutical organisation. They specialise in manufacturing innovative pharmaceutical, dermatology, ophthalmology and medical aesthetic products that are global first-in-class with a wide range of competitive products for disease management. They are now expanding their operations rapidly across ASEAN markets and currently looking for Product Transfer Manager. You will be responsible for technology transfer project function for pharmaceutical products to CDMOs across the regions. You will be involved in effective and efficient management of projects to maximise manufacturing capabilities and satisfaction in the overall best interest of the organisation.- Manage technology transfer project for pharmaceutical products to CDMOs across the regions
- Lead, track and monitor project activities
- Contributes to the optimisation of the production process
- Provide technical and operational expertise to CDMOs
- Collaborate with the relevant functions to ensure technical, regulatory and quality processes are aligned
- Provide technical support to operations through the entire product life cycle, ensuring there is a technical link from R&D through to commercial manufacturing
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Productions, Quality, or relevant contract manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing leadership experience, with sound understanding of the dosage form development process
- Knowledge and experience of process development techniques, cGMP regulations
- Experience of working with external manufacturers
- Involved in driving continuous Improvement
- Pharmaceutical experience or a similar regulated industry
- Demonstrated leadership of Technical Transfer projects
- Worked on new product development
- Broad experience of diverse technologies
