Roles & Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with the management team to understand business strategies, analyze current organization performance, develop / implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and process improvement activities in order to support the aggressive business growth. 2. Execute group production plan, support the planning of production schedules and the coordination of material and machinery requirements, as well as formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and program.
3. Develop plans for the effective use of the equipment, technologies & manufacturing effort to produce quality products. 4. Create, track and manage budgets, timelines, tasks, responsibilities and activities to meet customer product quality and on-time delivery expectations. 5. Ability to drive the manufacturing operation to meet goals / objectives, ISO procedural requirements & ensure compliance to quality management systems.
6. Identify, track and report metrics for monitoring manufacturing and process performance and consistency. 7. Apply innovative technologies, concepts, processes to achieve lowest manufacturing cost and highest product quality. 8. Identify areas of cost reduction and improvements. 9. Manage supply chain activities. 10. Serve as a day-to-day advisor and coach to leaders and employees. 11. Responsible for directing and coordinating activities of Maintenance personnel and outside contractors engaged in repair, maintenance, new construction and installation of machines, tools and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, utilities and waste treatment systems of the facility.
12. To provide technical supervision and management for maintenance functions.
13. To establish and implement systematic preventive and planned engineering / maintenance schedules. 14. Establish and develop budget, costing and contracting strategy. 15. Responsible for the works order and maintenance works of maintenance personnel. 16. Design and implement new production lines and building facilities. 17. Implement projects to enhance energy efficiency and consumable usage. 18. Review factory operations for compliance with government regulations. 19. Responsible for planning and implementing activities related to EHS. 20. Plan and coordinate shipping schedules to customer sites.
21. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
