Production Assistant Shift Leader / Shift Leader (Night Shift)
Job Summary:
Responsible to organize and manage manpower allocation, to achieve and maximize production output and efficiency.
To reduce Operation Downtime and Machine Downtime.
To monitor and report daily scrap on a timely basis.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assigning and arranging manpower to optimize production output
To control operation downtime and machine downtime, report to Production Supervisor in time
Control daily scrap and report high scrap
Prepare daily production reporting (shift)
Prepare and ensuring Stock Movement Form to warehouse is timing and accurate
To monitor and report any continuous defective parts
Other duties assigned as & when required.
Daily Shift Allowance + Monthly Attendance Bonus + Overtime applicable (with T&Cs)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 10:45pm to 07:00am
Working Location: Yishun

Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,000.00 per month
