Prepare daily production figures for production meeting
Manage all production supervisors who supervise all production employees
Exceed standard production efficiencies on all production lines
Exceed standard production efficiencies on all production lines
Hold daily or weekly production meeting with production departments
Oversee the production process ensuring the production is cost
Supervise all production activities to ensure monthly production goals
Participate in production meetings to determine production requirements
Reconcile and close production orders after all production
Identify production performance gaps against production schedule/li
Establishing all shift production schedules
Determine production schedule and short term production rates
Directing the manufacturing activities of all production departments to meet production schedules
Develop production control planning staff
Ensure that production planning and production issues are communicated
Manage all pertinent production and production related process
Manage all pertinent production and production related processs
Know production goals and production number at all times
Monitor the daily production schedules
Diploma/ Advance Diploma
