• Location: Jurong Island, MNC Chemical Manufacturing Plant
• Compensation: Up to $7,000, Permanent Role with AWS and Variable Bonus
• Requirements: Experiences in chemical production process management and well versed in quality control systems

Our client is recruiting a dynamic Production Lead Engineer to be part of the team. If you\'re passionate about chemical production processes, quality control systems, and thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment, this role might be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Captain of Efficiency: You\'ll oversee the entire production process \xe2\x80\x93 from planning to resource coordination \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring that chemical products are produced efficiently and on schedule.
• Quality Guardian: You\'ll be the guardian of their products\' quality. Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet those high-quality standards we\'re known for.
• Innovation Trailblazer: Identify opportunities to make things even better. Lead the charge in process optimization and efficiency enhancements to increase output and minimize waste.
• Team Mentor: Inspire and guide the production team. Train, mentor, and manage their performance to keep them skilled and motivated.
• Safety First: Ensure our safety protocols are followed to the letter, creating a secure environment for our team.
• Inventory Magician: Keep an eye on company inventory. Ensure that raw materials and finished products are well-managed to meet production needs without excess waste.
• Documentation Guru: Maintain production documentation accurately, ensuring compliance and knowledge-sharing.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Analyze and resolve any production issues, working with cross-functional teams to find solutions fast.

Requirements

• A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of production management experience within the chemical industry, coupled with a deep understanding of production processes and quality control systems.
• Proven leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• A thorough knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to chemical production processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
