Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a hands-on, forward-thinking individual who:
Understands
manufacturing processes
and applies solid technical judgment
Has
some leadership or team mentoring experience
Thrives in structure but enjoys problem-solving and process improvement
Is proficient with
MS Office and SAP
(or similar systems)
Brings
basic technical know-how
to support troubleshooting
Work Schedule
12-hour shifts: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Day) | 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM (Night)
4 days on, 3 days off -- only ~15 working days a month!
+ 2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch
Optional overtime available
Salary:
$2,700 - $4,000/month (including OT & allowances)
Shift Allowance:
Up to $15/day (Day) | Up to $25/day (Night)
Bonuses:
13th month + up to 2 months' performance bonus

11 annual leave days + regular rest days from shift roster
