Tuas (Free daily shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)

Salary Range:

$2,800 - $4,000 gross/month (based on experience & work schedule)

About the Role

We are looking for a

Quality Assurance Technician

to join our production team. This role is essential in ensuring that every product leaving our line meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. You'll play a hands-on role in inspections, testing, and problem-solving to keep production running smoothly and defect-free.

What You'll Do

Perform in-process and final product inspections according to ISO and SOP requirements Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and testing equipment to verify specifications Record test results accurately and maintain proper documentation Identify and report product non-conformities in real time Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues Suggest improvements to reduce defects and improve efficiency Participate in quality audits and root-cause analysis activities

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years' experience in QA/QC, manufacturing, or a related technical field Comfortable using measurement tools and performing data checks Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset Familiarity with QA practices (Six Sigma, 5S, etc.) is an advantage Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational certificate preferred)

Salary & Benefits

Gross Salary:

$2,800 - $4,000/month (based on 4/5/6 working days per week)

Basic Salary:

$2,200 - $2,700 (for 4 workdays/week)

Allowances:

Shift Allowance: $8/day (Day) or $18/day (Night)


Extra Bonus Allowance: $3/day (any shift)


Transport Allowance: $4/day (any shift)

Bonuses:

Performance Bonus (1-2 months) + 13th Month Salary

Meals:

Subsidized meals at $2-$3 in company canteen

Safety & Support:

PPE provided (earplugs, safety glasses, etc.)
