Job Description
AMT Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Planning Senior Executive to manage the following scope:
- Capacity and Production Planning
- Inventory Management
- Demand & Supply Management
Scope
- Manage resources and timelines for production planning activities
- Take ownership to ensure production schedule meet demand fulfilment
- Translate demand into production planning activities
- Project and plan for long term demand to material supplies to mitigate risk and shortages
- Generate monthly report and escalate material shortages
- Supervise and lead the team to ensure efficiently support operations and development of staff
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors on cost, schedule and performance and ensure on time delivery
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant qualification
- 5 – 8 years of production planning experience in a dynamic manufacturing work environment
- Proficient in Syteline and Preactor Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) Software is an added advantage
- Demonstrate sound understanding of demand & supply dynamics and supply chain flows
- Good time management, communication skills and leadership skills
