Production Senior Engineer

Job Description
You will take responsibility for the operation for the Manufacturing Response and Action Satellite Room and deploy and coordinate shop floor team activities to achieve shift output, equipment down time, quality and safety target
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for the operation for the Manufacturing Response and Action Satellite Room.
- Develop and distribute Tableau and RPA solution to production team.
- Ensure equipment 5S, safety and provide support for Audit preparations.
- Team KPI update/ review
- Responsible for team discipline / attendance / leave, including coverage
- Coordinate activities for LOH/DDM to support output targets e.g delivery/clip/range/yield/OEE etc…
- Conduct mass communication & cascade required information to shop floor team
- Deploy and coordinate shop floor team activities to achieve shift output, equipment down time, quality and safety target
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or Manufacturing engineering
- Approximately 5~10 years of relevant job experience in manufacturing is ideal
- Relevant working experience in Production environment is required
- Well verse in MS office, Python, RPA, Tableau
- Proficient in MS Excel VBA
