Production Shift Supervisor - Battery & Electronics

Location:

Tuas (Free daily shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)

Salary:

$2,700 - $3,900 gross/month (depending on workdays)


We're looking for an experienced

Production Shift Supervisor

to lead and guide our operators on the factory floor. This role is all about keeping production running smoothly, ensuring safety and quality standards, and supporting the team's growth.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of production operators. Plan and assign daily tasks to meet production targets. Oversee smooth shift handovers. Monitor quality and report any issues or deviations. Uphold SOPs and safety standards, including proper PPE use and hazardous material handling. Conduct incident investigations and maintain proper records. Train new team members on machinery, processes, and safety.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing (battery/electronics preferred). Proven experience supervising or leading a production team. Comfortable with rotating shifts (day/night) and occasional overtime. Knowledge of safety standards; familiarity with 5S, ISO, or Lean Manufacturing is a plus. Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

$2,700 - $3,900 gross/month.

Base salary:

$2,500 - $2,800 for a 4-day workweek.

Allowances:

Shift ($8/day day | $18/day night), Extra Bonus ($3/day), Transport ($4/day).
