We also proudly hold FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP certifications.A Production Staff is responsible to perform various task involved in the production of safe and quality food products based on product recipe and work instructions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follows workplace safety guidelines and procedures, work instructions and food safety practices to ensure and a safe working environment and quality and safe food products.
• Prepares materials for production use such as baking pans/trays, tools and utensils, tables and equipmentaEUR(TM)s and other material used during production.
• Ensures that tools/utensils, equipmentaEUR(TM)s, crates, baking trays/moulders and other food contact surfaces are clean and sanitized before use.
• Assist Team leader during preparation and weighing of ingredient, allocates materials according to approved product recipe.
• Assist Mixer Operator during mixing process based on product work instruction.
• Assemble, weigh/portion and process product according to product work instruction and product recipe.
• Rolls and shapes dough and places them in molds, baking pans or sheets in preparation for baking.
• Removes baked products in their pans or molders and places them in cooling racks.
• Responsible in proper labelling of materials and in-process products or semi-process products.
• Finishes baked products based on standard product specification required by customer.
• Assemble, decorate and slice cakes proportionally according to product Work Instruction and standard specification.
• Responsible in forming boxes, proper labeling, including inspection of packaging for cleanliness and ensures damaged free packaging before packing products to prevent contamination.
• Carefully packs products according to standard quantity per prescribed packaging.
• Accomplishes monitoring forms to record the results of packing process as they happen to establish traceability exercises.
• Monitors activities and records data (quantity, weight, production data, temperature, etc.) to facilitate traceability exercises.
• Operates assigned equipment and tools properly and safely (authorized personnel only); ensures these are clean and sanitized before using to prevent cross contamination.
• Reports to superiors all equipment, materials and product concerns to allow for proper and immediate resolution.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the working area assigned.
• Cleans and practices Clean as You Go (CLAYGO) in his/her work station to promote a safe and clean work environment.
• Reports food safety incidences to superiors to intervene against actual suspected threats and protects consumeraEUR(TM)s interest and business integrity.
• Learns and performs the functions of other sections as the need arises.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a High School/Trade or Vocational School Graduate. With Baking Technology/Commercial Cooking/Baking Pastry Production training preferred but not required.
• Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience in a food manufacturing/ production line. An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the succeeding knowledge and abilities may substitute for the education and experience requisites.
