Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process and draw up a production schedule.
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Determine problem resolutions and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
- Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
- Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed.
- Ensure planned KPIs, efficiency, and performance are met or exceeded.
- Track the competencies of subordinates and provide development as required to achieve objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Manufacturing/ Semiconductor/ Electronics/ Chemical industries
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations
- Good leadership and communication skills
