We are looking for a committed

Production Supervisor

to join a

Skin Care and Cosmetics Manufacturing

company based in

Ang Mo Kio (North)

. This is a

permanent position

offering a

5.5-day workweek

(Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm). Enjoy a stable career with a

. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a production team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead, supervise, and train production team members to ensure high performance and teamwork. Manage daily production operations, including purchasing, inventory management, stock control, and production scheduling. Participate in the full manufacturing cycle from raw material preparation to finished product output. Oversee machine cleaning and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Handle purchase requests, material issuance, and the handover of finished products to the warehouse. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the SAP system. Update and manage ISO documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards. Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and adherence to ISO requirements. Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure production timelines and targets are met. Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by Management or Supervisors.

What We're Looking For

Minimum ITE qualification in Engineering, preferably with a Chemistry background. At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
