Quality & Production Supervisor

permanent role

5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 9AM-6PM, Saturday: 9AM-1PM)

. You'll take charge of daily production operations, team leadership, and quality management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead, train, and mentor production staff to ensure strong teamwork and optimal performance. Manage daily production activities, including material purchasing, stock control, inventory management, and scheduling. Oversee the entire manufacturing process from raw material preparation to the completion and transfer of finished goods to the warehouse. Conduct machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to prevent downtime. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of production activities within the

SAP system

. Maintain and update

ISO

documentation and related quality control records. Support both internal and external audits by ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Coordinate cross-department efforts to maintain smooth and timely production flow. Monitor raw material testing, ingredient verification, and evaluation during supplier changes. Perform additional assignments or projects as directed by management.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

ITE qualification in chemistry-related disciplines

such as

Chemical Process Technology

or

Bio-Chemical Technology

. At least

3 years of relevant experience

in a related field. Background in

cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing

is preferred. Knowledge of

raw material testing

, ingredient verification, and supplier evaluation processes. Basic understanding of

quality control

,

ISO documentation

, and

audit requirements

.
