About the Roles

We are seeking a dedicated

Production Supervisor

to join a leading

skin care and cosmetics manufacturing

company located in

Ang Mo Kio (North)

, just a few bus stops from the MRT. This is a

permanent position

with a

5.5-day work week (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm)

. The role offers a

competitive salary of up to SGD 2,800

, along with

AWS and a variable bonus

. You'll lead a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality production operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead, mentor, and train production staff to maintain high performance and teamwork. Oversee daily production operations, including purchasing, stock management, inventory control, and work scheduling. Participate in the full production cycle -- from preparing raw materials to completing finished goods. Ensure equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting when needed. Manage documentation and processes covering purchase requests, material issuance, and the handover of products to the warehouse. Maintain and update data accurately within the

SAP system

. Keep

ISO documentation

and related records up to date to ensure full compliance with standards. Support both internal and external audits by preparing relevant records and maintaining proper documentation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure production timelines are met. Carry out additional assignments or projects as directed by management.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

ITE qualification in Engineering

, preferably with a

Chemistry

background. At least

3 years of experience

in a manufacturing environment, with proven ability to supervise and coordinate production activities effectively.
