Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked as part of this process.Symrise - always inspiring more Production Supervisor (F&B), SingaporeAs a Production Supervisor, you will be trained as Key Subject Matter Expert on Production Operation within Spray Bed Dry Department. You will be responsible in CIT equipment & processes, team scheduling & roster, leave approval and documentation management. You will be the PIC for any problems faced during shift and lead deviation investigation. You will oversee training requirements and adequacy of everyone in the team. You will report directly to the Production Manager.The Position:

• To be trained as the key Subject Matter Expert on running and optimizing spray dryer system in terms of product type, utility consumption and mechanical design
• Subject Matter Expert in CIT equipment and processes
• Key Citizen Developer in Spray Bed Dry (SBD) team to automate scheduling, product behavior tracking, raw material call-off etc. Changes to the automation codes needed when there is change in requirement.
• Rotating the working hours on site with Production Manager.
• The first person onsite to support any equipment / product problem that require quick check and decision making to ensure minimal disruption / downtime in production operation.
• Responsible for Production Scheduling with regards to product type and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planner with regards to Maintenance activities.
• Responsible for manpower scheduling and allocation job on hand.
• Manage shift roster to optimize efficiency and leave approval of the team
• Be the Point-of-Contact for any problems faced during shift
• Lead / Assist in deviation investigations
• Lead Operational Excellence (OpEx) Program
• Ensure that production is in compliance to Occupational / Food Safety Regulation
• Knowledgeable on basic SAP transaction and EIPS (Purchasing Transaction)
• Oversee the training requirement / adequacy of everyone in the team.
• Manage and update SBD Documentation (i.e. Production Forms, Work Instruction and Risk Assessment)
• Maintain monthly production report
• Key Personnel to engage in Customer / Internal / Regulatory Audits.

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant fields.
• At least 3 years of production shift management experience. Experience in Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.
• Willing to work weekly rotating shifts on 24-Hour operating plant
• Good leadership, team player and diligent.
• Able to withstand strong smelling environment and thrive in high-stress environment
• Able and willing to do overtime within short notice.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP
