Job Description

C. Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:1. Plans production and manning schedules in accordance with target, work orders and/or sales forecast.2. Prepare all necessary production reports. Handle and check discrepancies.3. Prepare PR for the purchase of Raw Materials for production use with reference on current stock inventory and in comparison, to material planning.4. Contribute in improving the efficiency rate of production. Conduct regular review of production process and come up with recommendation to improve identified weakness.5. Checks workers' output and entries to Daily Individual Production Report (DIPR) and provides motivation/ reminder depending on results. Prepares Daily Production Report (DPR) of the section and submits to Production Manager6. Monitors that the operators do their share in the maintenance of machines within agreed parameters. Checks if machines for repair can be handled by own section, and referred to maintenance department if unable.7. Coordinates with other departments to ensure effective completion of work orders, its specification, quality and other production problems.8. Studies, recommends, and implements production improvements.9. Organizes activities of the section. Orients, trains and guides subordinates in the performance of duties. Monitors compliance by subordinates to job duties and assignments, company rules and regulations. Evaluates the performance of subordinates and recommends appropriate action. Implements company policies, rules and regulations, and reports infractions or violations.10. Ensures cleanliness and safety of production area.11. Conduct Time and Motion Study relative to the operation. Work with Accounting Department to establish acceptable cost standard and does variance benchmarking.12. Performs other related duties as assigned.Supervises: WorkersD. Required Education, Technical Capability and Other Career Qualification:

• College graduate, preferably Industrial engineer course
• Computer literate
• Proficient in the use of the English language
• At least 3 years experience as supervisor of a manufacturing facility

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Industrial Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
