Job Summary:

Prepares monthly production plan, manpower deployment, and other operational concerns.
Delegates duties and responsibilities and report to the production head.
Good background in manufacturing production.
Monitors and maintains daily production performance within quality standard.
Lead and conducts root cause analysis.
Familiar with manufacturing machines.
Planning, coordination, implementation and execution of activities in the plant.
Maintain all reports pertaining to production (bulk and finished goods).

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical)
Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a must.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Production, Leadership, People management.
