Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising the activities in the Repair Operations.
• Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance. (Yearly Goals )
• Determines and allocates required resources (manpower, system, material and machine) to accomplish production requirements.
• Orient and Train new employees.
• Establishes strategic goals for the team (in-line with the company's goal).
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends;

• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems.
• Ensures operation of equipment; ensures equipment are periodically maintained.
• Process Improvement.
• Production/Strategic Planning
• Responsible for safety, personnel, proper utilization of company assets and the upkeep of the surrounding work environment.

• BS Degree on either electronics, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in the use of various MS Apps, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
• Proficient in data analysis.
• Works well with people within and outside the organization.
