1) Plan production schedule and maintain inventory levels
2) Coordinate and provide training to production staff
3) Assist in equipment maintenance
4) Apply corrective actions for shut-downs during critical and emergency situations
5) Monitor and maintain manufacturing processes
6) Apply food production standards and SOPs related to safety and hygiene policies.
7) Coordinate with teams to resolve inter-discipline issues
8) Improve operation planning using data analytics and data presentation during meetings
9) Housekeeping and General duties as required
Requirements:
Team player with initiative, drive & good communication skills
Possess positive working attitude
Able to work on shifts and weekends/ PH.
Able to work overtime.
* Physically able to lift and carry up to 3kg of goods.
