Supervise daily production activities * Responsible for production scheduling and materials allocation * Ensure proper handling of machines by operators * Ensure adequate supply of materi Supervise daily production activities Responsible for production scheduling and materials allocation Ensure proper handling of machines by operators Ensure adequate supply of materials for production to meet orders Ensure availability and proper housekeeping of all cutting tools Conduct quality checks on finished products Highlight any quality, production issues, machine malfunctioning to the immediate attention of Operations Manager and/or relevant Sales personnel Review work processes, practices for continuous improvement to raise efficiency in operation Ensure Work place Safety and Health practices are in place Supervise and motivate the production leaders and operators Perform related duties as and when required as assigned by the Management Requirements: Able to communicate in Mandarin Language Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage Must be willing to work in Tuas Job Highlights: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday) Regular Working Hour (8.45am - 6.00pm) Great learning opportunities Company provide Transport for pick-up and drop-off (Opposite Boon Lay MRT)
