Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead the daily work priorities output and assess daily capability to meet Delivery objectives. 2. Assess overtime needs to ensure sufficient manpower is scheduled to support output targets. 3. Support the Production/R&D Manager to oversee the production area and lead the group of Production Operators/Technicians. 4. Support the training of Production Operators/Technician on manufacturing processes. 5. Work Experience in PVD Sputtering and Vacuum Evaporation process,Design tools and fixtures with Autocad and CNC Programming. 6. Added advantage experience to operate of machine (example: Dicing of wafer, Rotary & Surface Grinder, CNC and Precision Waterjet). 7. Work closely with equipment engineers and external suppliers on tool improvements and selection of new equipment. 8. Work closely with integration and test teams on developing critical to quality (CTQ) metrics, root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for yield improvements. 9. Inspection experience in measuring devices, gages, optical equipment as well as develop quality procedures to ensure robust processes. 10. Perform preventive maintenance of machines and ensure Work Health and Safety in all processes. 11. Perform any other job or ad-hoc duties assigned by the management as and when required.

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering
• 6-10 years of production / shop floor experience in electronics manufacturing in a clean setup and machining shop
• Strong supervisory and clear communication skills in directing a team of production technicians or operators
• Good analytical, self-motivated and able to build a cohesive team
• Prefer to have experience in ISO 9001.
• Good with ERP, Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work in Tuas South area.
