Summary:

\xc2\xb7 Location: west

\xc2\xb7 12 hour shift (7.30 - 7.30 both am & pm)

Responsibility

\xc2\xb7 Organize the daily activities to ensure smooth operations

\xc2\xb7 Provide appropriate training, as well as maintain and evaluate training records of production personnel

\xc2\xb7 Ensure product quality and production efficiency by the close monitoring of production processes and implementing appropriate corrective actions.

\xc2\xb7 Initiate the appropriate reaction plan for unstable or non-capable characteristics, and records specific action in the appropriate form.

\xc2\xb7 Enforce correct and safe work practices and maintain good housekeeping at all times

\xc2\xb7 Organize and distribute work to operators, material handlers and technicians on daily activities

\xc2\xb7 Initiate corrective actions and follow-up until resolved

\xc2\xb7 Stop production when product quality does not conform to specifications as below

\xc2\xb7 Discipline and counsel subordinates

\xc2\xb7 Make further improvement of the machine parameter setting and advice on the amendment of Operation Instructions (OI)

\xc2\xb7 Any other duties as and when assigned.

\xc2\xb7 Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives
