We're seeking a dedicated

Production Trainee

to join a reputable

Skin Care and Cosmetics Manufacturing

company located in

Ang Mo Kio (North)

. This is a

permanent position

with a

5.5-day workweek

(Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm). Enjoy a stable career offering

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and organize raw and packaging materials required for daily production activities. Assist in all production processes, including bottle labeling, filling, handling, and product movement. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure machines and departmental assets are in good condition. Manage production documentation, from pre-weighing to goods handover to the warehouse. Support ISO and cGMP audits by maintaining accurate records and updating related documentation. Communicate with suppliers to source raw materials, request quotations, and identify suitable alternatives when items become obsolete. Conduct pre-tests on materials before purchase to ensure compliance and suitability. Provide guidance and assistance to new team members during onboarding and training. Coordinate with management to raise purchase requisitions and plan production schedules based on stock availability. Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and smooth workflow. Create, update, and maintain data within the SAP system. Share feedback and improvement ideas during monthly staff meetings. Undertake additional projects and assignments as directed by management or the director.

What We're Looking For

Minimum ITE qualification in Engineering, preferably with a Chemistry background. At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to train and coach team members and address client-related queries. Knowledge of
