Production Trainee

based in

Ang Mo Kio (North)

permanent, full-time role

with a

5.5-day work week (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm)

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and organize raw materials and packaging components for daily production runs. Assist throughout the production process, including bottle labelling, filling, transporting, and moving finished products. Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, ensuring machines and department assets remain in good condition. Manage documentation and records from pre-weighing to the handover of goods to the warehouse. Support both internal and external

ISO

and

cGMP

audits, ensuring proper documentation updates and compliance. Source raw materials by sending enquiries to suppliers for quotations and availability; identify and pre-test alternatives when materials are discontinued. Provide guidance and training to new employees to ensure smooth onboarding. Raise purchase requisitions, plan production schedules with management, and monitor inventory levels. Ensure all production activities and operators adhere strictly to established

SOPs

. Collaborate closely with team members to maintain smooth production flow and achieve daily output targets. Create, update, and maintain records in the

SAP system

. Contribute feedback and suggestions during monthly meetings and support other assigned projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

ITE qualification in Engineering

, preferably with a background in

Chemistry

. At least

2 years of experience

in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to train and guide team members, and handle client enquiries effectively. Knowledge of

ISO 14001

,

ISO 9001

,

ISO 45001

, and

GMP

standards will be advantageous.
