About the Roles

We are looking for a

Production Trainee

to join a dynamic skin care and cosmetics manufacturing team located in North - Ang Mo Kio. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary package of up to

SGD 2100

. The role operates on a

5.5-day work week

(Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm), providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and arrange materials and packaging for daily production activities. Assist in all stages of the production process, including labeling, filling, and moving products. Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and ensure machines and equipment are in optimal condition. Manage the documentation, record-keeping, and updates, covering the entire production process, from pre-weight to product handover. Support both internal and external audits for ISO compliance, including the update and maintenance of ISO documentation and adherence to cGMP standards. Communicate with raw material suppliers to obtain quotations, check stock availability, and source alternative materials when needed. Provide training and guidance to new employees, helping them acclimate to production processes. Assist in raising purchase requisitions for raw materials and collaborate with management on production scheduling. Ensure compliance with SOPs in the production process, operator performance, and work environment. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth production operations and achieve daily output targets. Update and maintain the SAP system for production tracking. Participate in monthly staff meetings, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements. Contribute to other projects and tasks as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

ITE in Engineering

, with a preference for a

Chemistry

background. At least

2 years of experience

in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in training and coaching team members and resolving client queries. Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001) and GMP practices is a plus.
