as a

Production Trainee

based in

Ang Mo Kio

. This

permanent position

offers a

5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 9AM-6PM, Saturday: 9AM-1PM)

and a

competitive salary package of up to SGD 2,100

. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience in production operations, quality systems, and process management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare raw and packaging materials for daily production according to schedules. Support end-to-end production activities such as labeling, filling, moving products, and maintaining smooth workflow. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of production areas, machinery, and departmental equipment. Handle documentation, recording, and updates from pre-weighing through to final handover to the warehouse. Assist in both internal and external

ISO

and

cGMP

audits, ensuring documentation is current and compliant. Communicate with suppliers to request quotations, check stock availability, and source alternative raw materials when required. Conduct preliminary tests before purchasing new or replacement materials. Guide and support new employees through training and onboarding activities. Raise purchase requisitions and plan production schedules in coordination with management based on inventory levels. Ensure compliance with all

SOPs

, safety, and production standards. Collaborate with the team to meet daily output targets and assist colleagues where needed. Create, update, and maintain records in the

SAP system

. Share feedback and suggestions during monthly team meetings. Carry out other projects or assignments as directed by management.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

ITE qualification in Engineering

, preferably with a

Chemistry

background. At least

2 years of experience

in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in

training and coaching team members

, and handling client queries. Knowledge of

ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001

, and

GMP

standards will be advantageous.
