Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leading discussions that identify, assess and develop responses.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure the works are executed in accordance with approved method statement, safety procedures and quality system
- To be effective, facilitators not only understand risk principles and processes but also projects and people.
- Prepares and submits of documentations of Civil Design Safety Submission (Civil DSS), Civil Construction Safety Submission (Civil NSS) and Civil Handover Safety Submission (Civil HSS)
- Ensure the Risk Register is prepared and maintained in accordance with Code of Practice
- Responsible for conducting Risk Assessments within the scope defined by the RM team
- Review of Risk Assessments
- Coordinate with subcontractor, client and consultant to review design and construction risks
Requirements:
- Professional Architect with Practicing Certificate
- Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in construction or related industries
- Attended Design for Safety (DFS) for professional course and passed the assessment or equivalent
- Extensive experience in MRT/LTA project is an advantage
