:
The Professionally Connected Commerce (PCC) Lead, Southeast Asia (SEA), will seek to deliver a end-to-end eye-health experience for both consumer & ECP through digital transformation and personalization. This position will be responsible for the Southeast Asia region PCC strategy & activities and manages digital transformation processes, plans and spend optimization. This position will need to collaborate with the Regional leadership teams to design, develop and implement new innovative digitally connected commerce programs that elevate and advance our digital presence, while also bringing J&J closer to our patients and customers.

The incumbent will be in charge of:
Setting a clear goal, vision & roadmap for PCC
Identify & lead a clear governance process with guardrails and principles for all PCC-related project & performance
Based on identified roadmap, design, co-create and lead the development with BUIT for a seamless end-to-end connected ecosystem.
Co-create with SI&A & IT team a solid Data analytics system & data roadmap which allows both diagnostic & advance analytics.
Lead detailed planning with clear KPIs for each bucket of PCC in collaboration with local markets and regional stakeholders.
Lead external partnership at regional level with different key stake holders
Responsible for end-to-end CRM execution in 2 markets
Build a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision making across the organisation in partnership with various functions and markets.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or other related field
7-10 years of relevant digital marketing and/or brand marketing experience
Deep understanding of all digital & performance marketing, product experiences and an understanding of how they connect with consumers (and professionals)
Demonstrated experience in developing brand marketing strategy leveraging input across multiple sources; including market, economic, competitive and consumer insight
Successful track record of delivering digital programs, products and services
Extensive experience working with creative and/or technical development of web-based solutions, technology and emerging media
Strong communication, influencing, and relationship building skills
