As a key team member, your primary responsibility is to provide essential support to the business operations, contributing to its overall efficiency and success.
This role encompasses various tasks, including operations management, pipeline oversight, enablement, reporting, escalations, and comprehensive program communications.
Central components of your position involve the strategic management of the APAC pipeline, serving as the primary contact for the Support Team and country teams for escalations, and assuming ownership of the monthly reporting process.
Your impact extends further as you actively contribute to the creation of the quarterly newsletter and other communications, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the program.
Your specific responsibilities span the consolidation of approved deal pipelines for APAC countries, reviewing and approving nominations following the official program launch, and overseeing end-to-end program communication. This includes the coordination of monthly and quarterly community blasts and meetings, where you will provide insights into program updates and present key metrics such as budget utilization and activation progress.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring approved global and regional programs, serving as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting matters or program-related questions.
