Program Coordinator (6 Months Contract, Healthcare Industry)

Job Description
- Understand the elements & its definition in the data collection form and capture those data accurately and timely
- Validate data regularly to ensure the accuracy and completeness in the database
- Understand the heart failure services in the respective institutions
- Monitor, evaluate and communicate relevant programme data to appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team and stakeholders
- Prepare, generate and communicate regular progress reports to the interdisciplinary team and stakeholders promptly and accurately
- Participate in the research and quality improvement activities
- Maintain and update training protocols
- Provide secretarial support in organising conferences and or workshops. This constitutes collating registration for participation, arranging accommodation and purchasing air ticket for overseas speakers, preparing expenditure budget and invitation letter and post conference/ workshop evaluation
- Participate in cluster-wide working committees
- Participate and/or support in departmental level meetings & activities
- Minimally a Diploma in Nursing, Health Science or Allied Health Professions
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in healthcare
- Must possess excellent analytical abilities and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
