DFC Singapore is part of the global Design for Change network of 60+ country partners. www.dfcsingapore.com SCOPE As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for program development, execution, relationships with schools and trainer management. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage business activities of the educational programs focusing on the financial growth of the unit.
• Recognise new opportunities and develop programs to expand the current portfolio
• Manage curriculum development using various pedagogical models and efficient execution of the school programs.
• Manage a large trainer pool from recruitment, training and training delivery.
• Execute Business Development and marketing activities to secure program contracts and steadily grow annual revenue targets
• Build an effective relationship with the schools and other clients to maintain good revenue increase for the organization
• Work with other stakeholders to define, strategize and execute various components of the program unit.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business/Education/Teaching/Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years managerial experience preferably in education or related field
• Experience in managing revenue targets and operational excellence is essential
• Experience in instructional design and knowledge of different educational models, frameworks, and emerging pedagogy is required.
• Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth
• Experience in design thinking methodology will be an added advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and project management skills

• Creative and willing to drive the strategies and effectiveness of his/her unit.
• Strong work ethic and an independent worker
• Clear and concise communicator without missing necessary details

WORKING CONDITIONS Full time
