Design, set up and ongoing delivery of Customer Skills Advisory Council
Lead continuous improvement and feedback process on behalf of CLO/Management Team - collation and representation into Learning feedback program
Looking at different dashboards on business performance and provide analysis to the CLO and team member
CLO execution support working with skills leaders for key philanthropic programs: job seekers, indigenous people, young people and women
End to end skills programs monthly communications / newsletter outreach to Company\'s ASEAN & Korea Leadership Team status, results, forward view
Build regular CLO management review presentation decks for key leadership meetings: locally, and globally.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years of Program Management experience which includes Program Operations from tech industry
Proven track record of Business Analytics / Business Intelligence / Sales Operations working closely with data with the ability to draw trends, analysis, read and interpret data and present it back to the sponsor
Advance Microsoft Excel and Pivot. Power BI and PowerPivot is desirable.
