Assist in the day-to-day administration of the Appropriate Adult Command Centre
Ensure service calls are attended to 100% of the time
Conduct programmes based on client needs
Conduct needs assessment to support development of programmes
Provide programme updates to supervisor
Identify areas of improvements in programmes
Implement quality control and compliance procedures
Maintain updated records on service calls and clients
Develop information materials for distribution to clients, volunteers and stakeholders
Manage Manpower Resources
Plan and deploy manpower to support programmes
Guide volunteers in executing programme activities
Manage Volunteer Resources
Coordinate recruitment and selection activities for volunteers
Execute reactivation activities for passive volunteers
Match volunteers to appropriate programmes and clients based on
programme requirements and volunteer interests and expertise * Facilitate volunteer participation in training programmes
Conduct volunteer training programmes
Conduct volunteer recognition and engagement activities
Maintain volunteer database and training records
Facilitate Volunteer Partnerships
Conduct needs analysis for volunteer programmes
Support risk assessments of volunteer participation
Develop requirements for volunteer profiles
Monitor effectiveness of volunteer partnerships in programmes
Implement risk management measures for volunteers in collaboration with the programme team
Manage Volunteer Policies and Processes
Support development of volunteer management policies and processes
Support evaluation of volunteer management policies and processes
Implement volunteer policies and processes
Monitor compliance to volunteer policies and processes in programmes
Build Stakeholder Relationships
Coordinate with other organisations for the execution of programmes
Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders
Conduct outreach activities to target client group, other organisations and the community
Support development of community outreach plan to other organisations and the community
Maintain relationships with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies for volunteer recruitment

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary:
up to $3800
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in any discipline, preferably in social work or related-fields
Some experience in social services, programme management or volunteer management
Must be willing to work beyond office hours to attend to service calls
Must be highly responsive to service calls
Have a strong sense of urgency and responsibility
Experience in working with persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or related field is preferred
