Job Description

A Programme Executive of Reach Senior Service will be based primarily in one of the Senior Centres (SC). He/ She is responsible to run the day-to-day programs with volunteers and seniors. They also provide cross-coverage for other Senior Centres, as necessary. Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Plan, develop, and manage engagement programme held at designated neighborhood touchpoints for registered seniors within the SC. \xc2\xb7 Manage Alert Alarm System, Phone Roster and Client Safety and Well-being \xc2\xb7 Conduct outreach programme and manage membership registration \xc2\xb7 Support volunteer management \xc2\xb7 Maintain proper records of all financial reports and documentation as required by audits. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Possess technical diploma certificate or relevant certification \xc2\xb7 Capable to train volunteers to facilitate creative arts / baking / cooking / singing / music instruments / florist / live streaming in senior programmes. \xc2\xb7 Ability to host or deliver programmes in front of a crowd of 10 \xe2\x80\x93 80 seniors is a must. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with live-stream or data-entry and administration is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Experience in social services not necessary \xc2\xb7 Fully conversant and able to translate in Malay / Mandarin and English, ability to converse in Hokkein / Teochew will be a bonus, due to clients being seniors. \xc2\xb7 Must be a good team-player, with a passion to work with seniors. \xc2\xb7 Possess good communication and interpersonal skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,580.00 - $3,500.00 per month Benefits:
