Montfort Care is a Social Service Agency (SSA) committed to improving the lives of individuals, families and the community facing transitional challenges. We manage a portfolio of six key programmes including Family Service Centres, Child Protection Specialist Centre, National Anti-Violence and Sexual Harassment Helpline (NAVH), Goodlife, YAH! and Home Personal Care services. Our programme centres are primarily located in Marine Parade, Mountbatten, Telok Blangah, Kreta Ayer, Agape Village @ Toa Payoh, Bedok and Yishun. Montfort Care will continue to grow our services and enhance our capabilities to impact more lives. With this goal in mind, we are hiring talent to join our team in our HQ functions, social service support and direct social services.
DESIGNATION : Programme Executive (Eldercare Services)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Programme Executive primarily implements initiatives and development plans that are congruent with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s goals and the needs of the community. With guidance from the Programme Manager, he/she will participate in designing the above-mentioned initiatives and development plans. Programme Implementation

  • Establish links and partnerships with relevant agencies to determine programme requirements and relevance
  • Identify upcoming trends affecting programme\xe2\x80\x99s success
  • Follow best practices and new methodologies aimed at enhancing programme impact
  • Follow service framework for programme work plans, resource requirement and budgeting
  • Follow procedures for programmes pertaining to community service
  • Plan and collaborate with other organisations to achieve programme\xe2\x80\x99s goals
  • Support Reporting Officer in reviewing the alignment of programme to centre objectives
  • Support Reporting Officer in reviewing effectiveness of programmes
Community Work
  • Implement community outreach event/ Coordinate Roadshows
  • Deliver social work programmes to meet the targeted needs
  • Gather relevant information from different sources
  • Link up of community resources
  • Support the team in rendering services to the community, e.g. home visit, medical escort and others
Volunteer Management
  • Communicate appropriate programme objectives to volunteers as required
  • Provide guidance to volunteers on executing effective programmes
  • Develop growing team of volunteers to support various programmes
  • Network and build relationships with potential partners that have many volunteers
  • Identify and retain committed volunteers
Compliance
  • Consolidate status of KPIs to Reporting Officer and Centre Director periodically
  • Ensure expenditure is within the budget
  • Ensure KPIs will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies\xe2\x80\x99 requirement
  • Support Reporting Officer in preparing monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reports by preparing the relevant and required information
Ad-hoc Duties
  • Provide any other support as assigned/required

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possess Degree in any discipline from an accredited institution


OTHER INFORMATION
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
  • Prior experience in events or programmes design, planning and implementation will be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of social service practices will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
